 School Year Applications may be picked up in the main office as of May 1st

Drop off applications any time during office hours.

Mondays – Fridays between the hours of 8:30am- 3:30pm. Enrollment may also be completed online (click here)

Packet must be completed and dropped-off with a copy of the following documents:

• Child’s Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate

• Official Immunization Record with updated vaccines

• Two documents as proof of address

•  Utility bills (gas, electricity or water), Mortgage Statement or Property Management Rental Agreement (must be under parents name). Phone bills, rent receipts or bank statements will not be accepted.

• Parent Valid Photo ID- Official ID, Driver's License or Passport

• Last Report Card & Transfer/Withdrawal form (if student is coming from another school or district, state and/or country)

• If unable to make copies, you may bring your documents to the main office.
